Women’s Circles, sound baths & RETREATS
WHY THESE ARE GROUP EXPERIENCES
Most of my work happens one on one. These are the exceptions.
Something shifts when women do this work in the same room.
We all want to be understood. But beyond that, to be truly seen and accepted is incredibly healing.
To hear someone else say the thing you've been thinking. And then to watch a woman across the room also nod, because she's been sitting on the same thing and hadn't said it either.
To watch other women be vulnerable, supported and accepted. That's what builds community, and the bravery to be wildly you, no matter how put together or how messy.
To stop performing long enough to be seen, and to find radical acceptance for yourself and for the women sitting next to you.
And what comes back is the part of you that went underground somewhere along the way. The one who says what she means without editing it first.
It's part of why collective healing works.
women’s circles in San Diego & Chicago.
Two hours, once a month, with a small group of women.
These circle include connection, journal prompts, guided meditations, RESET Breathwork as well as time to share. Plus coaching from me, as needed, while what came up is still close to the surface. We close the circle together.
The theme follows the moon: new or full, and whatever sign she's in.
You don't need experience with breathwork or with circles.
All women welcome, including trans and non-binary women.

Virtual sound baths
San Diego, Chicago, and nation wide
Thirty minutes on a Sunday evening, from wherever you are. A short guided meditation to get you settled, then Crystal Tones alchemy bowls to help you relax.
Come in your pajamas. Lie on the floor. Leave your camera off if you want to.
Sound bath benefits:
▽ Shifts your nervous system out of fight or flight and into actual rest, not just a break from your to-do list.
▽ Sound moves through the body in a way thinking can't reach on its own.
▽ A real reset before the week starts pulling at you, instead of one more thing to get through on a Sunday.
▽ Deeper sleep, that night and often for a few after.
▽ Space for whatever you're carrying to move, without having to talk through any of it.
Investment $15

A 4-day transformational retreat designed to strip away what isn't you, and bring you back to what is.
This retreat was built for the woman who is done shrinking, done circling the same patterns, and ready to remember who she actually is.
Over four days we will hold space for:
✦ Transformational RESET Breathwork
✦ Sound bath + Reiki energy healing
✦ Somatic movement
✦ Sunset Desert Experience
✦ Nervous system regulation and restoration
✦ Pattern breaking and identity work
✦ Clarity on who you are and what’s next
✦ Shifting into the expanded version of you=
We open Thursday evening under the desert sky. We close Sunday morning — activated, anchored, remembered.
You will leave different. Not because we changed you. Because you finally stopped pretending to be less.
