Coaching & Breathwork FAQ
Your Coaching & Breathwork Questions, Answered

Coaching is for those ready to create clarity, purpose, and aligned change. It follows a structured framework while meeting you where you are, helping you navigate transitions, clarify direction, and live in alignment with your authentic self. Unlike counseling, coaching includes support between sessions to maintain accountability and lasting growth in real time.
Why is the container six months? Change takes time, because it's never just insight. It's an identity shift and momentum has to build. And you need coping and a nervous system that can hold you through the good weeks and the hard ones. This way, the new way of living lasts.

Support moving through 60 days of a decision or a transition. A 2-month container is short enough that it's not trying to hold a full identity overhaul (that's the 6-month signature container's job), but long enough to do focused work on something specific and time-bound.

No. It's the piece most clients say they wish they'd started sooner, and it's still never required. Any breathwork journey can be swapped for a coaching session, Reiki or sound bath. There are also medical contraindications I screen for before we begin, so we'll talk it through first.

RESET Breathwork is a guided, science-backed practice for anxiety, stress, and nervous system regulation. It stimulates the vagus nerve and shifts brain wave activity, which helps you move out of fight-or-flight and into a state where real change can actually land.
Clients use it for everything from everyday stress to processing a major life transition, and it works whether you're brand new to breathwork or have an established practice.
Some clients also describe deeper, even transcendent experiences during a session.

My coaching program is tailored to meet you where you’re at and your goals. I custom curate the experience to your needs, allowing us to pivot when something meaningful or time sensitive arises. Each session blends clarity, purpose, and aligned action so you continue moving forward with confidence and authenticity.
Additionally, there is guidance outside of our meetings to support you, in real time, as things come up or when you’re working towards your goals in the moment.

My work is intentionally personal and integrative. I bring over two decades of experience in psychology, neuroscience, trauma informed care, and emotional intelligence, along with deep expertise in mentoring growth. My background also includes experience in somatic healing, mindfulness and energy work.
This creates a grounded yet elevated space where growth feels practical, soulful, and sustainable. Clients describe the experience as both nurturing and empowering. I’m warm, present, and engaged, offering perspective, gentle challenge when it supports your growth, and humor because laughter is good for the soul.

Some women don't when they start. Uncertainty isn't a disqualifier, it's the material. We begin with what you value and where the misalignment actually lives. Direction comes from there.

Good, because that isn't what this is... unless you want it to be. ;) This is about understanding what no longer fits, untangling what's yours from what was handed to you through conditioning, and making grounded adjustments from there. Sometimes small. Sometimes a bigger pivot. Either way, intentional.

Therapy focuses on healing and treating mental health concerns, while coaching helps you move from functioning to thriving. We still go into the hard things, because they're usually what's in the way, but the focus stays on clarity, direction, and action rather than treatment.
I'm a licensed counselor in Illinois with twenty years of clinical training, and this work is coaching, not mental health treatment. If what you need is therapy, I'll tell you and help you find the right person.
