Through a specific, guided breathwork pattern set to a carefully curated playlist to guide your emotional arc, your psyche opens a doorway. One that allows you to access and process emotions, core beliefs, and experiences that have been stored beneath the surface.
You don’t have to know what you’re carrying. You don’t have to find the right words for it. Your breath finds it on its own.

The science confirms what I've witnessed over and over: when the body finally gets to somatically release what it's been holding, something shifts that no amount of talking could reach. Once it does, the nervous system can begin to rewire — creating the conditions where new core beliefs and new patterns can actually take root.

Every RESET Breathwork session begins with an intake conversation, so I understand where you are, what you’re carrying, and what your body and nervous system need. Nothing about the session is generic.
The breathwork itself is 25–30 minutes, set to a personalized playlist built specifically for your session. I guide you through the process the entire time.
Afterward, we ground. We process and integrate. We make sure you leave feeling settled, not raw.
