We begin by connecting and getting oriented to where you are and what you're carrying into the session. We then move into the breathwork, paired with a curated playlist built specifically for your journey. Afterward, we integrate and process what moved, making sure you leave feeling settled.

The Half-Day Intensive is a three hour container, held entirely around you.

We then move into a full RESET Breathwork journey, curated entirely for you, with me guiding every step of the way.
